About Me
There was a HUGE gap in the real estate coaching world that became apparent as I grew my business. There was a lot of call more, door knock more, send more letters, pay for more leads... everything was MORE, MORE, MORE.
I didn't need more. I needed less - with more purpose - that got results. And, remove the shiny objects that were everywhere.
Noone was focused on who I was as a human, and how my strengths, skills, and what I actually enjoyed doing, could set me up as a successful agent. Once I realized this and started to build my business around who I was instead of trying to mold myself into what the industry said I had to be - my business took off. I gave myself permission to start depositing in my relationships more, do things I actually love to be around people who had similar interests, to leverage social media and layer in things I was already doing as lead generation.
Lead generation can be fun AND get results - if it's highly intentional.
So, I created coaching that is all about YOU and your priorities, strengths, desires, and how to bring it all together PURPOSEFULLY.
Turns out, when you run your business in a way that fits who you are, a weight is lifted and you feel like you're not working as hard, yet making more money.
